Molly was born and raised in Pennsylvania. Molly began her professional career at the age of 13 and was a part of the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Then, she played Little Red Ridinghood for the Arden Theater s Into the Woods and was nominated to win a Barrymore Award. This role she performed again when making her Broadway debut at fifteen with Into the Woods, on Broadway. The show was recognized as one of the nominees for a Drama League Award. Molly has also been seen in Broadway to perform in the production in Fiddler on the Roof. She was a student at Princeton University as a Triangle Club Membership and earned a B.A. She then attended Princeton University, where she was a member of the Triangle Club. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in 2008. In this period she debuted in the role of Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. Molly worked in TV, such as Royal Pains, and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was a part of regional productions such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee as part of Barrington Stage Company's production and The North Shore Music Theater's production of 2008 as well as the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank as Anne. Molly is best known for her role as Ali, a teenage daughter, in Paranormal Activity 2, a film from 2010, in which Jack Burditt wrote and directed the ABC comedy Last Man Standing starring Tim Allen.
